Diana J. Mohler

Diana J. Mohler age 76 of Canonsburg passed away peacefully Tuesday March 27, 2018 in Donnell House Washington, following an extended and courageous battle with Cancer. She was born July 17, 1941 in Canonsburg a daughter of the late George A. and Olive Gardner Andrews Sr. Mrs. Mohler was a 1959 graduate of Chartiers – Houston Senior High School and attended Allegheny County Community College. She lived most of her life in Canonsburg where she was a member of the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Mohler had been a member of the AGA in Canonsburg where she had served as president for many years. She had also been employed tending bar and waitressing at the club, jobs she also had at the former Kelly’s Pub and the Brown Derby restaurants. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and had been a former member of the 4th of July parade committee. On December 2, 1972 she married Gary T. Mohler who survives. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her son; Drew Mohler of Bridgeville, her daughter; M. Blake Mohler of Forest Hills, her “other son” John Saffel of Boca Raton Florida, her brother Barry Andrews and his wife Linda of Washington and several nieces and nephews. Deceased in addition to her parents is her brother George A. Andrews Jr.

Friends and relatives are welcome from 2-8pm Thursday in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor and Darla Tripoli LFD 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where services will be held at 11 am Good Friday March 30, 2018 with her husband reverend Gary T. Mohler officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens McMurray. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society and Concordia Hospice of Washington.
