Florence M. DeBlasio

Florence M. DeBlasio age 82 of Canonsburg passed away peacefully Thursday February 15, 2018 in Washington Hospital. She was born January 6, 1936 in Cecil Twp. a daughter of the late Anthony and Florence Zgorliski DeBlasio and was a graduate of Cecil High School class of 1953. She was a faithful member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Ms. DeBlasio had been employed as a clerk for Judge Cummins in Washington, she then worked as a secretary at the Canonsburg General Hospital. Prior to 1991 she had been employed at the former Western Center in Canonsburg as a nursing assistant beginning in 1963. She later worked in the St. Patrick Cafeteria for many years. Ms. DeBlasio loved and cherished her family and leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved daughter; Diana L. Bruno (the Late Raymond R. Bruno) of Canonsburg, granddaughters, Lindsay A. (Jason) Wilcox, Jennifer L. (Steven) Szuminsky, grandsons, Robert J. Spin, Jason A. (Katie) Spin, Great grandchildren, Lucia M. Szuminsky and Olivia, Ava and Charlotte Spin, a niece Terri A. (Rich) Dami and son Mark and a nephew Brian (Marsha) Cox. Deceased are her Daughters, Dawn Hilderbrand and Laura A. Spin and one sister Elouise Ann Cox.

Friends are welcome Sunday February 18, 2018 from 1pm until 4pm, the time of services with reverend Don Coleman officiating in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P.
