Joseph P. Selva, 83 of Canonsburg passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018 in the Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing in Canonsburg.
He was born on October 16, 1935 in Washington to Premo P. and Barbara Wilkins Selva who preceded him in death.
Mr. Selva was a veteran who served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Canonsburg.
Joseph was employed as a Shot Blaster for McGraw Edison for 30 years until his retirement.
He enjoyed playing cards with his friends, especially Euker, and was a member of the Muse Italian Independent Club.
Above all, he loved spending time with his family especially his son and granddaughter.
He is survived by his son Joseph M. Selva (Kim) of Canonsburg, his granddaughter Mariah Selva and several nieces and nephews.
In addition, to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Raymond Selva, his sisters Patricia M. Abruzzi and Margaret Drilak, his grandson Michael Melnyk and his step-son David Jones.
