Raymond A. Zawatski

Raymond A. Zawatski, 55 of Canonsburg passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017 in South Hills Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.

He was born on May 15, 1962 in Canonsburg to the late Raymond Zawatski and Angelina Millikin Zawatski who survives.

He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Canonsburg.

Mr. Zawatski was a 1981 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School where he was a wrestler in his Senior Year and was undefeated in his wrestling matches.

He was employed for many years as a custodian for Upper St. Clair School District. He enjoyed working on puzzles, word finds and was enthusiastic fan of all the Pittsburgh sports teams.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother Charles S. Zawatski of Oakland Park, Florida and a sister Lisa M. Zawatski of Donora.

Friends are welcome from 10 AM until Noon the time of the Blessing Service, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to offset cemetery costs.
