Roy R. Copeland, Jr.

Roy R. Copeland, Jr., 53 of Hickory passed away unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

He was born on May 25, 1965 in Tempe, Arizona to the late Roy R. Copeland, Sr. and Jacqueline Semke Copeland who survives.

Mr. Copeland was a Supervisor of Housekeeping at the Peters Township Wellness Center. He had previously been employed by Canonsburg Hospital as a Floor Technician for 18 years.

Roy was passionate about motorcycles and was a proud owner of a Harley-Davidson which he enjoyed riding as often as possible.

He was gifted with many talents and abilities including woodworking, drawing and painting. He had a kindred spirit with animals and enjoyed all animals in nature.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted companion Tina L. Schultz of Hickory, his two sisters Heather Zuchowski (Jeff) of Beallsville and Beth Copeland of Waynesburg, his nieces and nephews Tyler, Ian and Nicole and a great niece and a great nephew.

Friends are welcome from 4~8 PM the time of services on Friday, November 2, 2018 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, LFD, owner/supervisor and Darla A. Tripoli, LFD, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120. Interment will be private.
