Dorothy Stacko

Dorothy Stacko 92 of Canonsburg passed away peacefully Saturday February 1, 2020 in Bridgeville Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 3, 1927 in the Elliot section of Pittsburgh a daughter of the late Joseph N. and Rose G. Ryback Nowak. She lived in Canonsburg since 1953 and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Prior to her retirement Dorothy had been employed at Ferry Electrical Services in Washington. On October3, 1953 she married Donald J. Stacko who passed away March 10, 1997. Left behind to cherish her memory are her sons Daniel D. (Cynthia) Stacko of Cecil and Duane T. Stacko of Pembrooke Pines, Florida, grandchildren Jeffrey (Sangam), Lauren and Michelle and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was the last of her immediate family. Deceased in addition to her husband and parents are her sister Veronica Poremba and two brothers Raymond J. And Joseph M. Nowak.

Friends and relatives are welcome from 10am until 11:30 on February 5,2020 in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. Joseph P. Salandra LFD owner/supervisor 304 West Pike Street Canonsburg 724-745-8120 where departing prayers will be recited at 11:30am .
