Victor A. Rotella

Victor A. Rotella age 82 of Washington passed away peacefully Saturday January 9, 2021 in UPMC St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born October 20, 1938 in Canonsburg a son of the late Victor A. and Margaret C. Reed Rotella Sr. Mr. Rotella was a member of the St. Oscar Romero Parish. Prior to his retirement he was a was plant manager with Costco Industries in New York. Before moving back to the area Victor lived in New Jersey and Maryland. On June 12, 1982 he married Carol Homer who survives. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his children David Rotella and his wife Mary Beth of Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey, Mark Rotella and his wife Christine of Peters Twp., Michael Rotella and his wife Pam of Cleveland, Ohio and Beth Rotella of Castle Shannon, stepchildren, Christine Acton and her husband Jimmy of North Huntingdon, Lori McCormack of Canonsburg and Erin Yokaitis and her husband Justin of Highland Park, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Mr. Rotella was the last of his immediate family. Deceased in addition to his parents is his brother Ronald Rotella.

Mr. Rotella requested no public visitation, and a Mass of Christian Burial for immediate family will be celebrated in the Miraculous Medal church of St. Oscar Romero Parish on Saturday January 16, 2021. Those attending please meet in church, where facial coverings must be worn due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.
